These J-Cup protectors are designed to protect the finish and knurling on your barbells from the metal-on-metal contact on the front lip of your J-Cups.

Sold as a pair.

Installation:

1. Slip the cover over the front. 

2. You can optionally tack it in place with a light adhesive like hot glue or double sticky tape.

It’s okay. The fit is far from perfect and will require double sided tape. Out of the 2 one fits kind of snug but not great the other easily slides around.

They serve a purpose and I’ll make them work with the tape but it should be included with them.
