These are sleeves for mounting your resistance bands. They allow you to perfectly space your plates so that they don't interfere with the bands or cause an uneven side-to-side weight distribution. They can also space your plates away from the center so you don't smack your rack when unracking.

The flat part will accommodate a band that is approximately 2.25" wide. If you would like a custom size, leave a request in the order comments and we'll reach out to you to see if we can meet your needs.

Works great which was a little bit wider for the bigger bands but still awesome

Fits extremely snug on the bar sleeve and does what it’s supposed to. Feels like good quality that will last.

They seem to work well. Since the items appeared to be 3D printed, when they arrived I thought there was dog hair all over them. Upon closer inspection I believe this is just the materials that make up the product in a hair like fashion…but I’m not for sure. It took a good 3-5 minutes to remove most of it.

Great For Accommodating Resistance

Though these are made (and thus awesome) for bands, they are also great for chains if you use something like EliteFTS' EZ Squat-Bench Loader Straps. Get these and simplify your conjugate setup.
