The included adhesive is strong and I have no doubts about it holding. The item was shipped promptly and very well packaged - the ring pop was also a lovely touch - I will be buying from this store again in the future!

Saw this in one of Coop's videos in someone's home gym. I took a chance and ordered. Well worth the money. The textured ones have some flex and I am not scared to band them or set them on the floor now.
They went on quickly and offer great protection for my bar and spotter arms. Every time I would place my bar onto the spotter arms it would roll forward onto the end that just had a powder coat. So, placing these on provided a nice protective barrier. I would definitely recommend.
