These J-Cup protectors are designed to protect the finish and knurling on your barbells from the metal-on-metal contact on the exposed metal of your J-Cups.
Sold as a pair.
These will fit the J-Cups for the regular Bells of Steel Hydra Roller as well as the Manticore Roller J-Cups.
Installation:
1. Using an Allen wrench (usually 5/32" or 4mm), remove the front UHMW strip (see pictures).
2. Slip your new J-Cup Protector over the the J-Cup from the side and align the holes.
3. Place the original UHMW strip over the protector and screw it into the J-Cup, sandwiching the protector into place.
