I bought these for a Rogue Monster Lite rack. The Rogue HDPE protectors from the factory do not extend to the end of the J cup nor do they cover the metal end. The Aperture Engineering protectors fit perfectly under the Rogue HDPE J cup protector and prevent the barbell from contacting metal during racking or unracking. In our powerlifting gym we have several very expensive and hard to replace barbells including Eleiko and vintage York power bars. Anything that helps protect the barbell knurling from being worn down is definitely worth it. Highly recommend these.
Prior to finding these caps I was using old pairs of wrist wrap sweat bands or pipe insulation over the ends. Now I have perfectly fitted, esthetically pleasing end caps that will protect my bars for years to come.
Great addition to my standard rogue J-cups. Protection and durability. Amazing fit and finish. I highly recommend.
